Vernon Dahl                                                                       Chief Executive Officer

Vern has an extensive business, clinical and technical background and a strong understanding of the cardiovascular devices area.  Working with major cardiovascular device companies including Cordis, and CPI/Guidant, Vern built and managed the organizations that developed and brought numerous high value cardiovascular devices including the implantable defibrillator to market.

Vern has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of HMC, Inc, a healthcare service company, InfoMedics, Inc., a healthcare information technology company, VascuSense Corporation, a cardiovascular device company and co-founded and served as CEO of CardioMetrix, Inc. a cardiovascular device company focused on the management of Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). 

Wayne Rebich, CPA                                                          Chief Financial Officer

Wayne began his career in public accounting with KPMG and has served as CFO and VP Finance for private and public companies. 

Wayne served as VP Finance for Sonus Pharmaceuticals where along with his other responsibilities he provided financial management for multi-billion dollar international clinical trial.  Wayne serves as President of Tractionworks, Inc. a consulting organization where he provides financial management services to emerging and development stage companies. 

Duane Dickens                                                                  Chief Technology Officer

Duane has an extensive and highly successful track record managing and directing engineering and product development organizations with a focus on cardiovascular and endovascular technologies.   

Leading product development programs for Medtronic, ACS/Guidant, Volcano Therapeutics and Baxter Healthcare, Duane has worked with key physicians in the U.S., Europe and South America. 

Tom Witzel                                                                    Director of Pre-Clinical Studies

Tom has extensive experience managing and participating in pre-clinical procedures and studies.  Working with leading cardiovascular technologies, including heart valves and other surgical and endovascular devices, Tom has collaborated with prominent cardiovascular physicians in the U.S., Europe, and China.

As an employee and consultant, Tom has completed pre-clinical projects for Edwards Lifesciences, Ventrica, HeartPort, MiCardia, and 3F Therapeutics.

Tom is a founder of QuantumCor. 

Lori Glastetter                                                          Consultant, Regulatory Affairs

Lori has an extensive background managing the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Control/Quality Assurance process for large, medium, and small medical device companies.

Lori was a key member of the senior management team for Heartstream and Northstar Neurosciences assisting both during a successful IPO.
